How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery charges may vary depending on the seller and your location. Many products come with free delivery, and any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
What Exactly Happens After Ordering?
After you place an order, the seller receives your order details and prepares it for dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation via email or SMS. Once shipped, a tracking number is provided so you can follow your order until it arrives.
Do I Receive an Invoice for My Order?
Yes. Every order comes with a digital invoice sent to your email. You can also download it from your account under the “My Orders” section for record-keeping or warranty purposes.

When is the payment taken from my bank account?
For online payments, the amount is deducted immediately once your order is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected when the order is delivered to you.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact the seller or our customer support immediately. You can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations are possible only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact the seller or our support team as soon as possible to request a modification or cancellation.
What is "Package Tracking" in my orders?
Package Tracking allows you to see the current status and location of your order. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is provided so you can monitor its delivery in real-time.
